- Obtain an in-depth understanding of the client’s target base
- Develop a detailed, customized advisory mandate strategy, including geographic and vertical markets and asset classes
- Apply IAA’s proprietary methodology to develop a short list of asset management requirements, including structured products, hedge funds, miscellaneous assets, and Shariah compliant opportunities and requirements
- Finalize strategy with clients for dissemination within the targeted base
- Ensure that the client has access to the desired regional financial entities and professional policy level organizations with whom IAA’s team has long-term, trusted relationships (such as strategic institutions, monetary authorities, and senior officers)
- Continuously update the list of recommended services based on changing needs and market conditions
